Abs of Steel®

WHY ABS OF STEEL?

Abs of Steel’s main active ingredient CoAxel is a fast acting fat burner that combines three active substances, L-Carnitine, Caffeine, and Coenzyme A that work to eliminate fat fast.

Coenzyme A and L-Carnitine induce a “one-way fatty acid pump” to release fat cells while caffeine, a lipolysis promoting agent, breaks down fat and other lipids. In a study where people applied 5% CoAxel twice daily for 28 days 50% more subcutaneous fat was released and hypodermis thickness decreased 8.2%.

Abs of Steel’s knockout punch comes from an ancient Chinese Medicinal Herb to activate fat burning through G-Proteins which tightens skin and reduces subcutaneous fat. Glycerol, a carb used to store fatty acids in the body is released by up to 265% using this technology!

Unlike thermogenic supplements that increase your body temperature and heart rate, alter your sleep cycles and give you other unwanted and unhealthy side effects, Abs of Steel® attacks the fat through the skin so there are no side effects other than temporary heat and redness. Your body will not build tolerance or adapt to Abs of Steel® so you do not have to cycle it. Abs of Steel® is 100% safe and we suggest using it in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet to achieve maximum results.

HOW TOPICAL PRODUCTS WORK

Your skin is the largest organ of your body, designed to protect against external harms, regulate body heat, and manage nutrient levels and water loss. It’s composed of 3 layers:

  • The epidermis, the outermost layer, provides a waterproof barrier and creates our skin tone.
  • The dermis, beneath the epidermis, contains tough connective tissue, hair follicles, and sweat glands.
  • The deeper subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis) is made of fat and connective tissue.

For a topical product to work it not only has to penetrate the skin but get absorbed too.

Skin Penetration represents the amount of a topically applied ingredient that exists between the top layer and bottom layer of your skin, during penetration the body does not yet absorb the ingredient, and it cannot affect the body systems.

Skin Absorption occurs when the topically applied ingredient penetrates the skin barrier.

The active ingredients in SteelFit® products are permeable, meaning they both penetrate and are absorbed by skin cells where they are processed and circulated.

That heat and tingle when you apply the products is actually the active ingredients increasing energy to the topical area, allowing the ingredients to absorb more efficiently and also sending signals to that area, hence spot reduction.

Buns of Steel®

WHY BUNS OF STEEL?

Women hold and store more fat due to hormonal changes and in anticipation of pregnancy, with that excess fat being stored mostly around the glutes, hips and thighs. Women have less fat burning receptors, called beta-receptors, in this area making it the hardest to burn off! If that wasn’t enough of a hill to climb, after eating women have higher fat storage then men!

Buns of Steel’s main active Ingredient Intenslim fights this fat accumulation while soothing the inflammatory reaction generated by an unhealthy diet! In a study where women applied 4% Intenslim twice daily for 2 months the women significantly decreased fat thickness by 24%, with circumference and volume by up to 2.77 cm, that’s a Dress Size! Intenslim also helps skin tissues regenerate and detoxifies skin by eliminated damaged proteins, other accumulated wastes, and dead skins cells to reveal younger, healthier looking skin. Buns of Steel attacks the fat through the skin so there are no side effects other than temporary heat and redness.

Buns of Steel® utilizes an ancient Chinese Medicinal Herb to activate fat burning through G-Proteins which slims the silhouette, reduces cellulite, and improves firmness. Glycerol, a carb used to store fatty acids in the body is released by up to 265% using this technology!

Buns of Steel® also contains Regestril that prevents and rubs away stretch marks by slowing down the degradation and by promoting the regeneration of cells, reducing their depth by up to 72% in 2 months while also fading them and making the skin smoother.

Guns of Steel®

WHY GUNS OF STEEL?

Guns of Steel® is a revolutionary topical liquid whose main active ingredients give you an Outrageous Mind Blowing Pump while increasing endurance and vascularity during training, while speeding up recovery after.

Nitric Oxide is the cell-signaling molecule that helps in regulating blood flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output and muscle growth. An increase in Nitric Oxide leads to an increase in blood flow, allowing more nutrients and oxygen to be delivered to the muscle tissues. More nutrients delivered to the muscles reduces fatigue during training and leads to quicker recovery time and quicker muscle growth after training.

Guns of Steel’s main active ingredient Dithiolane-3-Pentanoic Acid (D3PA) is a powerful antioxidant that stimulates skin cells to produce nitric oxide by dilating capillaries.

L-Citrulline further helps boost Nitric Oxide levels and plays a role in the removal of ammonia, a compound known to cause exercise-related fatigue, from your blood. Citrulline’s proven ability to increase blood arginine levels has the potential to enact a wide of benefits, including elevated protein synthesis, creatine synthesis, and more efficient BCAA utilization by muscles during exercise. Citrulline also has the potential to help the body aid in recovery and reduce muscle soreness due to intense training.

Numerous studies have shown that excess Citrulline increases the amount of Arginine in the blood, leading to an increase of Nitric Oxide Production. Arginine has amazing nitrogen retention abilities and is believed to be crucial for muscle growth as well as its ability to participate in protein synthesis.

Hydra Steel®

When you’re getting ready for a big physique competition or photo shoot, you want to look your absolute best. To carry home the prize, whether it be a trophy or full page spread, you need to look lean, ripped, and toned, and that means no puffiness, no bloating, and no distended belly.

Getting absolutely shredded and “stage ready” involves not only dropping body fat extremely low but eliminate excess water weight. You see, when you’re trying to get to your leanest physique every, your body fights you tooth and nail to hold onto that precious water. And, while your mind and muscles certainly need sufficient amounts of the life-sustaining liquid, it’s also covering up the chiseled physique you need to showcase.

The key to beating the bloat and ridding your body of unsightly, stubborn water weight lies in Hydra Steel.

What is Hydra Steel?

Hydra Steel is an advanced, all-natural diuretic supplement to help you shed unwanted water weight while preserving valuable electrolytes that support optimal muscle function and performance. Hydra Steel works quickly, in as little as 10 days, helping you achieve the lean, ripped, chiseled physique you’ve always wanted.

Why is Hydra Steel Better?

Anytime you’re forcing your body to increase water removal, you’re putting yourself at risk for dehydration, cramping, and host of other health complication. This is partly why diuretics, particularly prescription diuretics, have gotten such a bad rap.

Unlike synthetic diuretics that deplete your body of valuable electrolytes, Hydra Steel uses only natural ingredients that safely eliminate unwanted water from your body, while restoring valuable electrolytes. Ensuring that you’re never at risk for cramping, dehydration, or other issues assorted to diuretics use.

Added Electrolytes, too!

Traditional diuretics increase urine excretion of both water and electrolytes. Typical prescription diuretics inhibit electrolyte reabsorption, which enhances water removal from the body, but this puts you at risk for hypokalemia, low potassium.

Deficiencies of potassium can lead to impaired nerve and muscle function, particularly with regards to your skeletal muscles and heart! On top of that, you’re also at risk for dehydration, cramping, fatigue, and brain fog.

Hydra Steel combats the issues of conventional diuretics by including potassium and magnesium, two essential electrolytes that are commonly lost when using diuretics. Hydra Steel also includes vitamin B6, which helps balance sodium and potassium levels in the body and supports the production of critical neurotransmitters including dopamine, serotonin and adrenaline (epinephrine) which govern your mood, sense of well-being, motivation, and focus.

By including these essential nutrients, Hydra Steel not only protects against dehydration but promotes total body health and wellness, all while helping you shed that unwanted water weight!

What’s in Hydra Steel?

Dandelion Leaf (125mg)

Easily recognized by its brilliant yellow flower, dandelion is a plant familiar to us all. Aside from its beauty, dandelion (taraxicum officiale) is also an incredibly powerful natural diuretic due to its high taraxasterol content. Taraxasterols are potent phytochemicals then accelerate water secretion from the body and supports detoxification and purification.

Research notes that dandelion increases the activity of the kidneys as well as the frequency of urination. [1,2] Additionally, dandelion helps remove excess water from the body without dehydrating you, unlike prescription diuretics. Dandelion is able to support hydration due to its high content of potassium, a vital mineral lost in vast quantities when using traditional diuretic options.

Corn Silk (62.5mg)

You know those annoying threads that you have to remove when grilling up some fresh summer corn?

That’s what corn silk is.

Historically, the threads of corn silk were used to treat a host of urinary tract ailments including bladder infections, kidney stones, and bedwetting. Corn silk was even used to combat prostate inflammation, believe it or not!

These days, corn silk is still used by rural peoples to treat these conditions and consumed as a tea. Scientific studies confirm these ancient healing practices were valid as corn silk does alleviate symptoms commonly experienced during urinary tract infections (UTIs), and it may even improve glucose metabolism too, another vital feature for getting super lean [3,4]

Juniper Berry (50mg)

Juniper berry has a rich history of use as a diuretic, with some accounts dating its use back to the Medieval ages! Research notes that juniper berry significantly increases urine volume, helping your flush out unwanted water weight. [5] Juniper is rich in terpinen-4-ol [6], a terpene molecule that can increase water excretion from the body without depleting potassium. [7]

But that’s not all, juniper berry also has been used to provide relief from arthritis, nerve pain, and the common cold.

Nettle Leaf Extract (32.5mg)

Named for the tiny stinging hairs covering its surface, stinging nettle leaf is another pro-diuretic plant that stimulates renal function to increase production of urine (diuresis). [8,9] Nettle leaf also offers a number of other benefits to both men and women. The leaves on the plant contain potent anti-inflammatory properties by limiting prostaglandins and it may even reduce symptoms of hay fever due to its antihistamine effects. [11] And to top it off, nettle may even be useful for combating symptoms of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). [10]

Caffeine Anhydrous (16mg)

When you’re dieting down and trying to get stage ready, you’re low on calories, and most likely water too, which is the perfect prescription for rock-bottom energy levels and motivation. Unlike other diuretics that include a truckload of caffeine, Hydra Steel contains about as much as a cup of green tea, so as to provide you with a smooth, gentle increase in energy to help you get through those final few days before your big moment.

Guarana Seed Extract (14mg)

Guarana is commonly used by Amazonian natives as an aphrodisiac, herbal remedy, stimulant, and natural diuretic. The plant contains guaranine, which is incredibly similar in structure to caffeine, another proven energy booster. Guarana provides a “slow burn” kind of energy that yields smooth, long-lasting energy to boost the immediate energy rush of caffeine anhydrous. Aside from its energy boosting qualities, guarana has also been used to relieve fatigue, improve concentration, heighten mood, and reduce appetite. [12,13]

Uva Ursi (2.5mg)

Also known as Bearberry, Uva Ursi is another plant traditionally used as a water-ridding agent in the treatment of urinary tract infections. Uva Ursi contains a compound known as arbutin, which has been shown in scientific research to exert strong diuretic effects in the body. Studies show the Uva Ursi stimulates a powerful release of fluid from the body, which reduces unwanted water weight, without putting excessive strain or stress on the kidneys.[14,15] On top of that, the plant may also offer some skin health benefits, as it helps whiten skin due to its inhibition of melanin, a pigment responsible for darkening the skin when exposed to UV light.[16]

Steel Beauty™

So often when individuals are looking for dietary supplements, they’re focused on finding products that increase their energy levels, enhance their athletic performance, or accelerate fat loss. While each of these products has their place, it’s rare that people ever consider using a supplement for the largest organ in their body — their skin.

Your skin isn’t just your outer covering, it also regulates body temperature, water, and lipid stores, and helps you navigate the host of environmental stresses you encounter on a daily basis including UV exposure, heat, injury, and infections.

Unfortunately, like everything else, the skin takes a beating and it doesn’t “bounce back” as well as it did in your youth. This reduced skin function is a combination of natural aging, UV exposure, declining collagen production, poor nutrition, and variations in hormone levels. Left untreated, this leaves your skin looking dull, wrinkling, and worn out.

Sure, you might be doing the “basics” to support skin health (bathing, hand cream, lip balm, etc.), but these measures really are temporary bandages. They don’t address the root of what it takes to sustain beautiful, vibrant skin through the years.

However, we have created the ultimate catch-all skin care supplement that restores vitality to your skin and ensures graceful aging in Steel Beauty.

What is Steel Beauty?

Steel Beauty is a complete skin, hair, and nail support aid that helps women and men maintain their youthful appearance. Containing clinical doses of research-validated ingredients, Steel Beauty provides the essential nutrients you need to enhance collagen production, improve skin hydration, and reduce wrinkles and fine lines. Steel Beauty also helps strengthen hair, support cellular health and reduce oxidative stress, all of which contribute to graceful aging.

Why is Steel Beauty Better?

Steel Beauty takes a comprehensive approach to improving and supporting skin health. Unlike other skin care products, Steel Beauty doesn’t just treat superficial problems with your skin. It addresses the core of skin health — increasing collagen production and reducing the damaging effects of oxidative stress. On top of that, Steel Beauty also provides a range of essential vitamins including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and Biotin which serves as powerful antioxidants and supports eye, hair, skin, and nail health.

What’s in Steel Beauty?

BioCell Collagen®

Collagen is a protein providing the primary structural component of your skin, tendons, and ligaments. Basically, collagen is the foundation for healthy looking skin; however, as you age, your body naturally starts to produce less collagen, leading to less supple looking skin and achy joints. for all of the connective tissues in the body, including skin, ligaments, and tendons.

Typically individuals will supplement with some form of collagen protein, but most of those generic collagen supplements have no clinical studies demonstrating benefits in humans.

That’s where BioCell comes in.

BioCell is a naturally-derived complex of Type 2 Hydrolyzed Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid + Chondroitin Sulfate proven in human studies to reduce connective and skeletal muscle tissue damage as well as decrease inflammation induced by exercise. [1]

Other research indicates that BioCell also is beneficial for resisting the signs of aging and it may also improve circulation [2], which delivers a greater supply of oxygen and nutrients to your skin, keeping you looking young and vibrant.

Linoleic Acid

Linoleic acid is an essential omega-6 fatty acid that plays a critical role in skin health. Research has shown that individuals suffering from acne have low levels of the essential fat, but when those individuals suffering from acne, supplement with linoleic acid, they’re able to significantly reduce the appearance of acne by 25%! [3,4]

The reason linoleic acid is such a powerful skin beautifying agent has to do with compounds called eicosanoids, which play a major role in inflammatory and immune responses in our skin.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea is naturally rich in catechins, potent antioxidants shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory, anti-obesity, and anticancer effects. Research has also shown that the polyphenols naturally occurring in green tea exhibit significant antioxidant, chemopreventive, and immunomodulatory effects that protect the skin. [5,6] Steel Beauty includes a green tea extract standardized for 80% catechins and 50% EGCG, the most potent catechin in green tea.

Juvecol®

Salmon nasal cartilage has been traditionally consumed in Japan as an all-natural remedy to support joint health and integrity due to its high proteoglycan content. Proteoglycans are a type of protein in connective tissues including your skin, bone, and cartilage, where they join with collagen, fibronectin, hyaluronic acid, and other glycoproteins.

Juvecol is a patented extract of salmon nasal cartilage, naturally high in these proteoglycans proven in human trials to improve skin condition, especially skin elasticity, as well as joint health due to its immunomodulatory effect. [7,8,9]

Resveratrol

Resveratrol gained prominence several years ago when it was discovered that the red wine polyphenol could improve cholesterol levels. Concentrated in the skins and seeds of grapes and berries, resveratrol functions as a powerful antioxidant in the body and also offers anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial benefits. [10,11] Studies have shown that resveratrol can protect against UVB-mediated skin damage and offer some unique anti-aging benefits, too! [11,12]

Steel Core®

You’ve been dieting for months, training for years, and meticulously tracking every single thing you do. Try as you might, the illustrious six-pack you’ve dreamt about night after night still eludes you.

What gives?

You say to yourself, “I’m doing everything right. Calories are in check, training is on point, so where are my abs?!”

We’ve all experienced these frequent bouts of frustration when pursuing the physique holy grail that is the six-pack, and while most people will continue to say, “eat less, move more”, that’s not really what you need to do to get six pack abs.

The real key to getting a six pack boils down to three things:

  • Controlling Insulin Levels
  • Reducing Stress
  • Maximizing Fat Burning

Normally, fat burners do little besides load you up with a bunch of crazy stimulants, making you “feel” like they’re working, but in actuality, they’re doing very little to help you get your vaunted six pack.

The key to eliminating those last few pounds comes in limiting stress, which reduces cortisol, and insulin production, both of which support fat storage. By reducing these two important factors, you create the ideal fat burning environment to evaporate those last few pounds!

How do you do limit stress and control insulin to maximize fat burning? With Steel Core!

What is Steel Core?

Steel Core is a revolutionary weight loss supplement scientifically formulated to help you get the shredded abs you’ve always wanted. Using a synergistic mix of ingredients that reduce fat storage and promote fat burning, Steel Core cranks up the intensity of your calorie burning for faster fat loss. Also included are several prominent cortisol and stress controlling agents, including KSM-66® Ashwagandha, that optimizes your hormonal levels for maximum fat loss.

Why is Steel Core Better?

Unlike other fat burners on the market that overload you with exotic, potentially dangerous, stimulants, leaving your feeling jittery and constantly “on edge”, Steel Core is stimulant free, including compounds that work naturally to increase thermogenesis, energy expenditure, and calorie burning. The end result is a fat burner that delivers actual results you can see in the mirror!

What’s in Steel Core?

L-Carnitine Fumarate

L-Carnitine is an essential, naturally-occurring compound in the body that enhances your natural fat burning mechanisms by shuttling fatty acids into the mitochondria to be oxidized (“burned”) for energy. The reason Steel Core uses the L-Carnitine Fumarate form is that regular L-Carnitine isn’t all that useful for the average person unless they are chronically deficient in carnitine due to being vegan, vegetarian, or elderly. [1,2] Using this highly bioavailable form of carnitine promotes maximum fat burning and better energy production without the use of stimulants.

Morosil™ Sicilian Red Orange Fruit Extract (Citrus Sinensis)

Morosil™ is our trademarked extract of Moro Orange Juice. Packed with anthocyanins (including cyanidin-3-O-glucoside), hydroxycinnamic acids (caffeic, coumaric, ferulic, sinapic acid), flavone glycosides (narirutin, hesperidin) and ascorbic acid, Morosil™ helps prevent fat storage and ultimately enhance weight loss.[3] Furthermore, cyanidin-3-0-glucoside also helps regulate blood glucose[4], which staves off cravings, and may even be useful for combating various symptoms associated with metabolic syndrome, including insulin resistance, inflammation, and oxidative stress. [4]

KSM-66® Ashwagandha

A staple of Ayurveda, Ashwagandha is an incredibly powerful adaptogen that helps reduce stress and cortisol levels. Chronic stress promotes fat storage and can break down muscle tissue, the exact opposite of what you want when trying to get a Steel Core.

Additionally, ashwagandha has also been shown to improve memory, boost testosterone, and improve athletic performance. [5,6] Steel Core uses the very best form of ashwagandha extract in KSM-66® which is backed by numerous clinical trials in humans demonstrating its extensive benefits.

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Dubbed “the universal antioxidant”, alpha lipoic acid (ALA) exerts powerful antioxidant effects in the body, which enhances mitochondrial function and combats inflammation. [7] Moreover, alpha lipoic acid also helps drive glucose (carbs) into muscles and away from fat cells, making it a potent nutrient partitioning agent. This helps improve muscle repair and growth, reduce unwanted fat gain, and enhance energy production.

Paradoxine®

The premier grains of paradise extract on the market, Paradoxine has been shown in numerous research studies to increase thermogenesis and energy expenditure by “browning” fat. [8] In the body, there are two types of fat — white fat and brown fat.

White fat is the stored form of energy the body uses as a source of fuel when calorie intake is low. FYI, this is the kind of fat you’re trying to burn when losing weight. Brown fat is used to generate heat and maintain core temperature.

Paradoxine® helps “brown” white fat cells, making them burn calories instead of sitting around doing nothing but hurting your performance and body composition. [8,9] Browning fat increases metabolism and thermogenesis while decreasing visceral fat, especially in the lower abdomen, a notorious “trouble” spot for men and women.

CapsiAtra®

CapsiAtra® is a patented extract of sweet peppers standardized for Dihydrocapsiate. Humans studies have shown that this potent alkaloid increases fat burning and energy expenditure, helping you burn an additional 50 calories per day. [10] The really interesting thing is that CapsiAtra® boosts your daily calorie burn without having to exercise or consume any form of stimulant!

What’s in Steel Hard?

Testofen® (600mg)

Fenugreek has long been regarded as a powerful natural remedy for a host of ailments including anemia, respiratory disorders, and low blood sugar. It’s also an incredibly potent natural testosterone booster. Research clearly demonstrates that it promotes free testosterone levels, supports lean muscle mass and aids fat loss. Steel Hard includes the premier form of fenugreek extract on the market in Testofen which is standardized for the most bioactive components naturally occurring in the plant, including saponin glycosides such as Fenuside. Not only is fenugreek beneficial for improving testosterone in healthy men, it also combats symptoms of possible androgen deficiency and improves sexual function too! [1,2]

KSM-66® Ashwagandha (300mg)

Also known as Withania Somnifera or Indian Ginseng, Ashwagandha is known around the world as an extremely effective adaptogen that reduces stress and cortisol, two known wreckers of natural testosterone production. KSM-66® promotes hormonal balance in the body, which supports natural testosterone levels, and research has shown that KSM-66 improves testosterone levels as well as sperm count and sperm motility. [3,4,5] This age-old tonic also improve memory and cognition, sexual performance, and sports performance too, making it a staple ingredient for men of all ages!

LJ100® (200mg)

Eurycoma longifolia, also known as Longjack or Tongkat Ali, is a staple ingredient of Ayurveda used as a tonic, adaptogen, and “anti-aging” remedy. Millions have used the versatile plant for its stress-relieving properties, but more and more men today are seeking out the humble botanical for its pro-testosterone benefits.

Research notes that Longjack helps supports healthy free testosterone levels, enhances sexual function, supports the anabolic state, reduces stress, cortisol, and catabolism, and improve the sense of well-being. [6,7,8]

The “catch” is that most forms of Longjack on the market are poor quality, meaning you really won’t get all the benefits you should.

That’s why Steel Hard uses LJ100® — the only science-based Eurycoma longifolia extract, standardized to 40% Glyco Saponins, >22% Eurypeptides, 30% Polysaccharides, and Eurycomanone.

If you’re going to use any kind of longjack extract, make sure it’s LJ100®!

Panax Ginseng Extract (100mg)

Various forms of ginseng have been used in traditional medicine for centuries across the world. The ancient plant exerts a wide range of activities that support immune function, metabolism, and hormonal equilibrium. Ginseng also fortifies the central nervous system and helps combat oxidative stress. Research notes that ginseng can support erectile function, via its nitric oxide boosting mechanism. [9]

Steel Fuel®

So many times, in the world of fitness, we’re solely focused on finding the “best pre-workout”, that magical concoction of stimulants, ergogenic, and pump enhancers that will push our performance to the next level. At the same time, we also make consuming protein immediately after training a priority as well, so as to enhance muscle repair and promote muscle growth.

But, how many times do you stop to think about what you should be consuming during your actual workout?

Probably never.

Sure, you’ll sip on some water in between sets, and while that’s better than drinking nothing, it doesn’t really make the most of your intra-workout nutrition.

When training, you’re not only losing water but valuable electrolytes as well. You’re also depleting glycogen stores, and if they get too low, you’re at risk for decreased performance and eating away at your hard-earned muscle mass.

Suffice it to say that what you consume during your workout may be more important than what you’re consuming before or after your workout. Yes, maybe even more crucial than your precious protein shake.

To ensure your not at risk of excess muscle breakdown or dehydration, we have created Steel Fuel!

What is Steel Fuel?

Steel Fuel is the ultimate training fuel for intense workouts. Combining the powers of BCAA, essential electrolytes, and valuable hydration agents, Steel Fuel prolongs endurance, blunts fatigue, sustains focus, and accelerates recovery and repair following your workout. Steel Fuel also helps spare muscle tissue from being broken down when glycogen stores are depleted.

Why is Steel Fuel Better?

Steel Fuel includes the research-backed 5g dose of BCAA to stave off fatigue and improve exercise endurance. Also included are a formidable collection of hydration supplements and electrolytes that combat the dehydrating effects of extreme exercise, enabling you to sustain focus and performance no matter how long you train. Plus, unlike other BCAA supplements on the market that use animal-derived BCAA from sources like pig fur and bird feathers, Steel Fuel uses plant-derived BCAA, making Steel Fuel safe for vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores!

What’s in Steel Fuel?

Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) 2:1:1

Consisting of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, the BCAAs, or branched chain amino acids, are the primary drivers of muscle protein synthesis, [1,2] thereby supporting muscle growth, but that only begins to scratch the surface of the wealth of benefits that BCAA have to offer.

BCAA supplementation also helps prevent catabolism as well as reduce muscle soreness (DOMS) and accelerate recovery. [3,4] And, BCAA can also delay mental fatigue, improve energy production, and enhance glucose metabolism, all of which contribute to superior performance while training.

Citrulline Malate 1:1

Typically found in pre-workouts for its nitric oxide boosting qualities, citrulline malate also serves a valuable purpose in intra-workouts as well. Citrulline plays a critical role in the urea cycle, which removes toxic waste products. [5] Excess buildup of these metabolic byproducts induces fatigue and hinders performance.

On top of that, citrulline is also a pivotal player in the Krebs (TCA) cycle that produces energy, helping you sustain a high level of performance all workout long. [6] Added to the fact that citrulline malate improves blood flow, and with-it oxygen and nutrient delivery, including it any intra-workout is a no-brainer!

L-Glutamine

Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that, under normal circumstances, is in ample supply; however, in times of extreme stress (i.e. intense exercise), glutamine stores are rapidly depleted which can reduce performance and hinder muscle growth. [7] Steel Fuel includes 500mg of L-Glutamine to enhance muscle protein synthesis and recovery following training.

L-Glycine

Found predominantly in muscles, joints, and organs, L-Glycine is a non-essential amino acid heavily involved in protein metabolism. It helps break down glycogen to support energy production, thereby offsetting any potential muscle catabolism that could occur as a result of intense exercise. [8,9] Furthermore, L-Glycine also helps the body use fat for fuel and it even bolsters immune and digestive function.

Taurine

Taurine is another conditionally essential amino acid that easily crosses the blood-brain barrier, acting on the GABA receptors of the brain and promoting feelings of calm, controlled focus during exercise. [10] This makes taurine invaluable especially during later portions of your workout when focus and concentration start to dwindle.

Taurine also is found plentifully in skeletal muscle, where it serves to enhance cellular hydration and prolong endurance. [11] This amino acid is also especially critical to cardiac muscle tissue and function, especially when you consider the fact that the heart is responsible for pumping oxygen and nutrients to your muscles.

Electrolytes

Intense exercise brings about intense sweating, and in addition to all of the water you’re losing through sweat, you’re also losing valuable electrolytes, such as potassium, sodium, and magnesium. Electrolytes are essential for muscle function and proper hydration. Losing too many electrolytes put you at risk for reduced performance, decreased focus, cramping, and possibly dehydration. [12]

Steel Fuel includes a full arsenal of electrolytes including Coconut water, an incredibly rich source of naturally occurring potassium. Together, these electrolytes maintain optimal hydration levels bolstering your performance, endurance, stamina, and focus.

Steel Pump™

What’s the best pre-workout?

The number of times this question has been asked is simply dizzying. Fitness-oriented individuals are constantly searching for the “best” pre-workout available, and who can blame them?

99% of the so-called “pre-workout” supplements on the market are nothing more than glorified stimulant cocktails that skyrocket your heart rate but do next to nothing for actually improving your performance during training, which is the whole purpose of pre-workouts.

Fed up with the current state of the pre-workout market, SteelFit sought to make a real pre-workout, a pre-workout that actually improved your ability to perform and attain new feats of strength and power.

The culmination of countless hours of research, development, and testing led to the creation of Steel Pump.

What is Steel Pump?

Steel Pump is the complete pre-workout supplement, delivering on every aspect of what pre-workouts should — energy, focus, performance, and pumps. Using a synergistic blend of energy boosters, focus aids, and performance enhancers, Steel Pump helps push your training capacity to the next level, helping you to continually break PRs and make gains.

Why is Steel Pump Better?

Unlike other pre-workouts which used under dosed proprietary blends or provide only a cocktail of potentially dangerous stimulants, Steel Pump utilizes an open-label, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body each and every time.

Steel Pump delivers clean, long-lasting energy that hypes you up for workouts, but never leaves you feeling jittery, overstimulated or on edge. But, Steel Pump isn’t just about energy and focus, it also provides a full spectrum of performance enhancing compounds that support strength, power, endurance, and pumps, delivering EVERYTHING a true pre-workout should.

After you’ve tried Steel Pump, you realize what a true pre-workout is, and never waste money again on a bargain bin, “concentrated”, micro-dosed pre-workout ever again!

What’s in Steel Pump?

L-Citrulline Malate (3g)

A staple of pre-workouts, citrulline malate is a premium nitric oxide boosting supplement. Composed of the amino acid L-Citrulline and malic acid (malate), citrulline malate promotes vasodilation and greater blood flow, which improves training capacity, but also delivers massive muscle pumps. [1,2] L-Citrulline also plays a key role in the Krebs (TCA) Cycle, which supports energy production, allowing you to “go the distance” in your training sessions.

Betaine Anhydrous (2g)

Originally isolated from beets, betaine is an amino acid that’s become another “proven commodity” of pre-workouts in recent years due to its wide range of benefits. First, betaine promotes cellular hydration (which increases stamina) due to its role as an osmolyte. [3] Additionally, betaine also has been shown numerous times to enhance power, strength, and body composition and supports endogenous creatine production in the body. [4] Some other research suggests that it may also support faster recovery too!

Beta Alanine (1.6g)

At the outset of a workout, performance, stamina, and strength are at their highest, but the deeper you get into a workout, stress and fatigue accumulate, zapping your endurance and power.

That’s where beta-alanine comes into play.

Beta-alanine is a naturally occurring nonessential amino acid improves muscle buffering capacity by increasing levels of carnosine, a powerful intracellular buffer. [5,6,7] These buffering actions delay the onset of fatigue during training enabling you to stay stronger for longer during your workouts.

Peak ATP® (450mg)

Peak ATP is clinically validated, patented form of Adenosine 5’-Triphosphate (ATP) Disodium proven to significantly increase strength and power as well as improve body composition. [8] On top of that, Peak ATP also enhances blood flow,  accelerates recovery, and reduces fatigue, all of which help you train longer to get bigger and stronger. [9,10]

KSM-66® Ashwagandha (300mg)

The premier form of ashwagandha extract on the market, KSM-66 is a powerful adaptogen that improves the body’s ability to handle the stress of all forms — physical, emotional, and psychological. KSM-66 has been studied numerous times and shown to not only reduce stress but also to improve memory and cognition as well as athletic performance and sexual performance! [11,12,13]

Grape Seed Extract (200mg)

Grape seeds are chock full of potent polyphenols and antioxidants that combat oxidative stress induced by intense physical activity. Moreover, the compounds naturally present in grape seeds also improves the metabolism of pyruvate [14] which enhances carbohydrate metabolism and subsequently anaerobic energy production. But that’s not all, the proanthocyanidins in grape seed extract also encourage vasodilation and vasorelaxation, supporting better blood flow, oxygen delivery, performance, and pumps! [15,16]

L-Glutathione (50mg)

Found in every cell in the body, glutathione is an incredibly powerful antioxidant that supports liver health and immune system function. [17] Deficiencies in this essential nutrient reduce performance, muscle growth, and recovery.

MCT Oil (1g)

Medium chain triglycerides (MCTs) are a type of saturated fatty acid that the body readily “burns for energy” similar to carbohydrate. MCTs provide a quick form of energy to power your mind and muscles leading to greater performance and focus during exercise. [18]

Caffeine Anhydrous (300mg)

To give you the energy, motivation, and focus you need for intense training sessions, Steel Pump includes 300mg of pure caffeine anhydrous. This surge in raw energy fortifies your mind and muscles for the daunting workout ahead and helps you stay strong all workout long.

L-Theanine (200mg)

Naturally occurring in green tea, L-Theanine is an amino acid that promotes a sense of calm, relaxed focused, without inducing sedation. [19] When combined with caffeine, the two promote clean, long-lasting focus absent the jitters, anxiety, or overstimulation that can occur when taking too much caffeine by itself. [20]

Alpha GPC (150mg)

Choline supplements are a staple of pre-workout formulas due to their ability to enhance focus via increasing acetylcholine levels. Acetylcholine is often called “the learning neurotransmitter” for its vital role in learning, memory, and cognition. With greater levels of acetylcholine, you’ll experience true tunnel vision focus as well as a considerable stronger mind-muscle connection — one of the most important facets of exercise. Steel Pump includes 150mg of Alpha GPC, an incredibly bioavailable form of choline that has been well-documented to improve memory, focus, and even strength. [21,22]

Steel Sweat™

When it’s time to get lean and cut, you know that means two things — cutting calories and adding in cardio, the bane of every fitness enthusiasts existence. Sure, you might not might the occasional hill sprint or high-intensity interval training workout, but the thought of spending 30-60 minutes jogging or slogging it out on the elliptical is enough to make you weep.

As if that’s not enough of a headache, you’re tasked with another vital decision — what kind of supplement do you take for your cardio workouts?

Typical pre-workouts are loaded with a lot of stimulants and nitric oxide boosters but don’t really do much for enhancing endurance or fat burning. They’re mostly designed for the weightlifter, not the cardio enthusiast. On the flip side, fat burners really don’t fit the bill for a pre-cardio supplement as they frequently contain way too many stimulants that accelerate heart rate, making it difficult to sustain your pace. Plus, they don’t have much to offer aside from reduced appetite and don’t do a whole heck of a lot for improving stamina.

This leaves you in a bit of bind. You know you need something to help you push the envelope in your cardio sessions and sweat out those unwanted pounds, but everywhere you look, you’re still left unfulfilled.

Where can you find a pre-workout supplement that helps burn fat and improve cardio performance?

Should you stack a fat burner and a pre-workout?

No, that’s not recommended.

Fortunately, your search for the best pre-workout cardio supplement has ended. No longer do you have to choose between a fat burner or pre-workout with SteelFit® Steel Sweat™.

What is Steel Sweat?

Steel Sweat is the ultimate thermogenic, fat burning pre-workout supplement that helps you increase performance during aerobic exercise (“cardio”) while protecting your body against oxidative stress and supporting recovery. Steel Sweat contains a mix of scientifically-proven ingredients to increase thermogenesis, spark metabolic rate, optimize energy expenditure, increase fat oxidation and, most importantly perspiration.

Why is Steel Sweat Better?

Steel Sweat attacks weight loss from multiple angles by synergistically pairing research-backed compounds that increase fat mobilization, fat oxidation, and energy expenditure. Unlike other so-called fat burners, Steel Sweat doesn’t rely on a bevy of stimulants that trick you into thinking it’s working by making you feel jittery or hyper. Steel Sweat is light on the stimulants, proving just enough to arouse your senses and enhance energy, motivation, and mood.

Best of all, Steel Sweat is easy to mix, tastes delicious, and is calorie-free, sugar-free and carbohydrate free.

What’s in Steel Sweat?

L-Carnitine Tartrate

L-Carnitine supplements have been around a long time and were dubbed as one of the first stimulant free fat burning compounds on the market. While it’s true that carnitine does help burn fat (it’s the compound that shuttles fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for energy), the problem with supplemental L-carnitine is that it has horrendous bioavailability (~14-20%). [11] Basically, that means if you’re supplementing with regular L-Carnitine you’re not really getting much benefit from it.

However, L-carnitine L-Tartrate is an incredibly bioavailable form of carnitine well document to be beneficial for weight loss, athletic performance, and recovery from exercise. More specifically, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate increases fat oxidation during exercise, sparing your muscle glycogen for the really intense work towards the end of your training. Additionally, this fat burning behemoth also increases the efficiency of your anabolic hormones (like testosterone) and reduces exercise-induced muscle damage, which supports recovery. [2,3]

Evodiamine

Extracted from the plant Evodiae Fructus, a member of the Tetradium genus of plants, Evodiamine is an alkaloid similar to capsaicin (another prominent fat burning compound) that exerts a strong thermogenic effect and also has been shown to inhibit fat uptake.[4,5] With evodiamine, your body is less likely to store fat and use it for energy production, thereby improving endurance and helping you etch that lean physique you’ve always wanted.

Caffeine

No pre-workout supplement or fat burner is complete without a hit of caffeine. It revs your metabolic engine to ignite fat burning and gives you the extra bit of energy you need to burn truckloads of calories in your workout.

Steel Sweat delivers 100mg pure, unadulterated caffeine anhydrous per serving. This is the perfect amount of caffeine to kick-start lipolysis, enhance focus and motivation, increase energy, and reduce appetite. [6,7]

GBBGO®

Gamma-butyrobetaine (GBB) is the precursor to L-carnitine production and is converted to l-carnitine via the gamma-butyrobetaine hydroxylase (BBOX).

Since Steel Sweat already includes the highly effective L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, you’re probably wondering why we’ve included GBB as well.

Well, think of GBB as a “super carnitine”. Research notes that GBB increases carnitine production by over 300%, while other studies demonstrate that GBB boosts carnitine excretion 40-fold, indicating significantly greater carnitine production in the body. [8,9]

Combining GBBGO with L-Carnitine L-Tartrate provides a two-pronged attack for boosting carnitine production, and subsequently fat burning, all in the effort to get you to burn more calories and get leaner than ever.

Paradoxine®

Paradoxine puts the sweat in Steel Sweat!

A premium-grade patented extract of Grains of Paradise, Paradoxine is a stimulant free fat burning supplement that cranks up your internal temperature, creating a thermogenic effect like no other. Paradoxine has a long history of use as an herbal remedy, and recently it’s become one of the most sought-after ingredients for rapid fat loss.

Research shows that Paradoxine helps “brown” white fat, which increases fat mobilization from fat stores and ramps up energy expenditure, leading to greater calorie burning and faster fat loss, particularly visceral fat. [10,11,12]

Just be ready for some serious sweating with this compound, as it packs a whopping thermogenic punch!

Green Tea Extract

Green Tea is one of the healthiest beverages on the planet, due to the abundance of polyphenols, catechins, flavonoids, and antioxidants naturally occurring in its leaves. Most know green tea for its smooth energy and cardiovascular benefits, but it’s also a powerful fat-fighting supplement.

Green Tea Extract and its principle catechin EGCG has been shown to increase fat oxidation (i.e. fat burning) and energy expenditure both during periods rest and during exercise.[13,14] On top of that, green tea has also been shown to enhance athletic performance![15] Basically, green tea helps you burn more fat no matter what you’re doing, whether it’s relaxing on the couch or performing some high-intensity interval training.

Additionally, green tea extract also helps decrease body fat and waist circumference, lower caloric intake during meals, and reduce the amounts of carbohydrates your body absorbs from a meal. [16]

Alpha Lipoic Acid

Dubbed the “universal” antioxidant due to its dual fat and water-solubility, alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is a fatty acid present in every cell of the human body that’s been identified as one of the premier fat loss and nutrient partitioning supplements available. Alpha lipoic acid helps generate cellular energy and increase energy expenditure, and it also helps direct glucose towards your muscles and away from fat cells, reducing fat storage and your waistline. [17,18] Some research even indicates that this potent antioxidant may reduce appetite and lower fasting blood sugar, further reducing hunger cravings and tendencies to binge while dieting.[19,20]

Capros®

Capros® is an all-natural, organic, non-GMO extract of the Amla fruit (Phyllanthus emblica). Human research has demonstrated that Capros® supports cardiovascular health by enhancing endothelial function and cholesterol levels [21,22], which allows you to push harder and further during your workouts due to the increased blood flow.

Ginger Root

A staple of Asian cuisine, ginger is a pungent spice loaded with bioactive compounds belonging to the gingerol family. The one we’re particularly interested in is 6-gingerol which has some pretty interesting effects regarding fat loss.

6-gingerol activates the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor δ (PPARδ), which has been shown to accelerate weight loss via increasing energy expenditure and the “browning” of white fat.[23,24,25] As a result, glucose, leptin, insulin, and lipid levels decrease as does body weight.

In more basic terms, ginger root can be beneficial for combating weight gain, obesity and the host physiological biomarkers associated with the two conditions.

CapsiAtra®

CapsiAtra® is a patented extract of sweet peppers standardized for dihydrocapsiate, a chemical cousin of capsaicin, the pungent alkaloid responsible for the “bite” of chile peppers. However, unlike capsaicin, CapsiAtra® doesn’t come with the unpleasant “burning” sensation that can sometimes occur in your GI system. Research conducted in humans notes that CapsiAtra® can help you burn an extra 50 calories per day by enhancing fat oxidation and energy expenditure.[26] The extra calorie burn comes independent of exercise, meaning this novel fat loss agent helps increase your metabolic rate even if you’re just lounging around all day!
