Organic Greens Blend: Our organic greens blend features a transparently dosed 5-gram blend of organic greens form a combination of nutrient-packed foods including spinach, parsley, kale, barley grass, chlorella, bell pepper, green apple, banana, sweet potato and broccoli.

Vitamin A: Fat-soluble vitamin critical for vision, immune function, reproduction, and cellular communication.
Vitamin D: Fat-soluble vitamin that promotes calcium absorption, supports bone growth and remodeling, and modulates cell growth.
Vitamin E: Fat-soluble vitamin noted for its distinct antioxidant activities which limits production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and protects cells from the damaging effects of free radicals.
Vitamin K: Fat-soluble vitamin required to synthesize proteins involved in blood clotting. Vitamin K also impacts bone metabolism and regulates blood calcium levels.
Vitamin C: Water-soluble vitamin required for the biosynthesis of collagen, protein metabolism, and the absorption of non heme iron.
Thiamine: Also known as vitamin B1, this water-soluble vitamin plays a critical role in energy metabolism, ultimately impacting the growth, development, and function of cells.
Riboflavin: Also known as vitamin B2, riboflavin serves as a precursor to two key enzymes involved in energy metabolism and cell growth. This B-vitamin also helps maintain normal levels of homocysteine in the body.
Niacin: Also known as vitamin B3, niacin serves as the precursor to NAD where it helps convert food into useable energy as well as assist in the repair and replication of DNA.
Vitamin B6: Water-soluble B vitamin involved in cellular energy production, the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters, gluconeogenesis, immune function, and regulation of homocysteine levels in the blood.
Folic Acid: Functions as a coenzyme involved in the synthesis of DNA and RNA and assists in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine (an essential amino acid used in protein synthesis).

Inositol: sometimes referred to as vitamin B8, inositol isn’t actually a vitamin, but a type of sugar that serves as a major structural component of cell membranes. This versatile nutrient also influences the action of insulin and various neurotransmitter systems, including serotonin and dopamine.

Astaxanthin: carotenoid naturally occurring in seafood, similar in structure to beta-carotene. It functions as a powerful antioxidant in the body and has been noted to protect DNA in the eyes from UV light as well as reduce blood sugar levels and oxidative stress.
Resveratrol: powerful phytochemical found in grapes documented to lower blood pressure, improve lipid profiles, combat inflammation, and increase insulin sensitivity.[12,13] Some additional research even suggests that the polyphenol may increase longevity.
Grape Seed Extract: rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, anthocyanins, and flavonoids that may help protect against oxidative stress, tissue damage and inflammation. Grape seed extract has also been found to improve blood flow, wound healing, and skin quality.

Absorption Support: A multivitamin/multimineral is only as effective as your body’s ability to absorb and utilize the micronutrients contained in it. To support ingredient bioavailability and absorption, SteelFit Multi-V™ includes both BioPerine® and Bromelain — a digestive enzyme naturally occurring in pineapple noted for its anti-inflammatory actions.
As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) of Steel Multi-V™ with 6-8 fl. oz. of cold water (adjust for taste preferences) and consume with a meal such as breakfast every day. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling, flushing effect on the skin after consuming the product, which is attributed to Niacin.
