Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate: Creapure® is the brand name for pure Creatine Monohydrate produced by AlzChem Trostberg GmbH in Germany. It is the most widely studied form of Creatine and is proven to be safe and effective.*
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) of Pure Steel Creatine Monohydrate with 6-8 oz. of cold water or your favorite sports drink such as Steel Fuel®. Stir or shake well and consume either less than an hour before training or immediately after a workout. Be sure to properly hydrate and consume ample amounts of water while taking this product.
Note: There is evidence that taking Creatine with carbohydrates and/or protein yields synergistic effects that boost the amount of Creatine available to the muscles. Avoid taking Creatine simultaneously as caffeine as there is evidence that it makes it less effective.
