Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business day to process. Our shipping time cut-off is 3 pm EST, and we ship orders on business days only. Holidays and other events, i.e., large sales, power outages, server issues, weather, etc., may cause a delay in shipment.

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with confirmation. Our system updates every business day by 10 am EST and will send out tracking on orders placed the previous day.

Any order placed after 3 pm EST on Friday or during the weekend or National Holiday will say “Processing” until the next available business day after it shipped (i.e., you place an order Saturday at 1 pm EST. We would ship the order Monday and once our system updates on Tuesday you would receive tracking.).

The shipping speed chosen at checkout is from the day after your order ships, not when it was placed. These delivery windows are only applicable to the continental United States. Please note that circumstances out of our control may affect this delivery time. If your shipment does not arrive in your selected time frame, please let us know, and we will issue a refund accordingly (i.e., You pay $10 for Priority Shipping that is 1-3 business days, but your order arrived on the 4th business day. We would refund you the $5 difference from standard to priority shipping).

If your order says delivered but never arrived, please first check your order confirmation to ensure the address provided was correct. If that is correct, please contact your neighbors or mailroom to see if it was placed in the wrong mailbox first. If you still cannot find it, we will have to assume mail theft and open a USPS case. Claims take 3-5 business days, and once completed, we will send out the order again.

SteelFit® is not responsible for customers inputting the wrong shipping address on their order. All shipping labels are automatically provided and can only be changed if we are notified within 30 minutes after the order has been placed. If the wrong shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to reship or reroute the order.

SteelFit® is not responsible for lost or damaged orders that are sent to a freight forwarding company or package delivery service and then sent to their final destination.

SteelFit® offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

International orders are sent Via USPS International Shipping. If you are an international customer (outside the continental US), please note the following: The flat rate international shipping charge only covers the cost of sending the product from our warehouse to your destination.

We are not responsible for customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and other fees over and above the shipping charges. These charges cannot be calculated because they vary from region to region. If you are uncertain about your country's guidelines, please check with the proper authorities in your country.
