Shipping and Returns
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1 business day to process. Our shipping time cut off is 3 pm EST and we ship orders on business days only. Holidays and other events i.e. large sales, power outages, server issues, weather, etc. may cause a delay in shipment.
After your order is placed you will receive an email with confirmation. Our system updates every business day by 10 am EST and will send out tracking on orders placed the previous day.
Any order placed after 3 pm EST on Friday or during the weekend or National Holiday will say “Processing” until the next available business day after it shipped (i.e. you place an order Saturday at 1 pm EST. We would ship the order Monday and once our system updates on Tuesday you would receive tracking.).
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority and deliver within 2-3 business days. Please note that circumstances out of our control may affect this delivery time.
If your order says delivered but never arrived, please first check your order confirmation to make sure the address provided was correct. If that is correct, then please with your neighbors or mailroom to see if it was placed in the wrong mailbox first. If you still cannot find it, we will have to assume mail theft and open a case with USPS. Claims take 3-5 business days, and once completed we will send out the order again.
SteelFit® is not responsible for customers inputting the wrong shipping address on their order. All shipping labels are automatically provided and can only be changed if we are notified within 30 minutes after the order has been placed. If the wrong shipping address is provided, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees to reship or reroute the order.
International orders are sent Via USPS International Shipping. If you are an international customer (outside the continental US) please note the following: The flat rate international shipping charge only covers the cost of sending the product from our warehouse to your destination.
We are not responsible for customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes and or any other fees over and above the shipping charges. These charges cannot be calculated due to the fact that they vary from region to region. If you are uncertain as to your countries guidelines, please check with the proper authorities in your country.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
SteelFit® stands behind its product quality and efficacy 100%. We will replace any defective product that results from manufacturing defects within 3 days of customer receipt of the package. The customer must notify SteelFit® within 3 days prior to return.
If you are missing an item please first reconfirm the contents of your order by looking at your order confirmation email that was sent out. If you’re missing an item, contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
If you received the wrong product, flavor, size or color, simply contact us within 3 days and we will send out the correct product. To expedite this process please provide images of the item you received.
If something in your package is damaged, please contact us and provide images of the item you received. We will contact USPS to file a claim and rectify the situation. Claims take 3-5 business days, and once completed we will send out any replacement product.
All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including international orders.
Refunds are credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by SteelFit®.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
SteelFit® offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SteelFit® products. For products sold on Amazon by Non-Authorized resellers and eBay, SteelFit® will NOT honor our money-back guarantee.
Chargebacks and fraud will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
CHOOSE YOUR FREE SAMPLE POLICY
At certain times of the year and under SteelFit’s discretion, SteelFit® offers its customers the option to choose three (3) free samples at checkout on orders over $19.95 (not including apparel, accessories, samples or training tools). After choosing the samples the Customer must click the “Add Samples to Cart” Button for them to be successfully added to the order. Failure to do so will result in the samples not being sent.
SteelFit® is not responsible for shipping samples that were not properly added to the order; however, the customer may pay for shipping and handling to receive them.
