Training Split: My training split changes all the time. Ideally, my split is 7-10 days in which one day is 2x conditioning workouts (one in AM and another in PM), one day of just fasted cardio for 40-60 minutes, one day glutes, one day back, one day arms, one day shoulders, one day of legs, and days of rest thrown in where I need it.
Daily Diet: I use Flexible Dieting so it is always changing to meet my protein, carbohydrate, and fat requirements
Supplement Stack: Whey Protein, Casein Protein, CLA, Vitamin B, Multi-Vitamin, BCAA, Glutamine, Preworkout, L-Carnitine
Hobbies/Interests: Cooking, Traveling, My Cats Bug and Gus

Fun Fact: I coached myself from my first show in 2013 on to winning my Pro Status at Gary Udit’s North Americans in 2014. I also coached myself through all of my wins and in to the Bikini Olympia in 2016!
