Return & Refund Policy

SteelFit® stands behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied with a qualifying SteelFit® product, we will work with you to make it right in accordance with the policy below.

Quick summary: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective items. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to qualifying SteelFit® products purchased from SteelFit® or an authorized seller in the United States.

Order Issues

If your order arrives with a missing item, incorrect item, damaged item, or a product issue that appears to be the result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing, please first review your order confirmation email to confirm the items included in your order. If an item is missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product, flavor, size, or item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the item you received.

Damaged Items

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We may need this information to file a carrier claim and complete our review.

Manufacturing Defects

We will replace products that are confirmed to have a manufacturing defect when the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery. Photos, lot numbers, or other information may be requested to help us review the issue.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

SteelFit® offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on qualifying SteelFit® products purchased from steelfitusa.com or from a SteelFit® authorized seller in the United States.

If you are not satisfied with a qualifying SteelFit® product, we may offer a replacement product, allow you to try another product, provide store credit, or provide a refund, subject to review and approval under this policy.

Guarantee requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. This guarantee is limited to original consumer purchasers and is not available for unauthorized resale, commercial resale, bulk resale, or purchases made outside the United States, unless otherwise required by law.

How to Submit a Guarantee Request

To submit a request for a product purchased from steelfitusa.com, please contact us at support@steelfitusa.com or call 1-800-555-8895.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos of the product, packaging, or lot number, if requested

If your request is approved, you may be required to return the product to SteelFit®. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we determine that the issue was caused by our error.

Purchases from an Authorized Seller

If you purchased from a SteelFit® authorized seller, please first contact the seller where you purchased the product. If the authorized seller is unable to assist you, you may contact SteelFit® at support@steelfitusa.com or call 1-800-555-8895.

You will be required to provide proof of purchase, where and when the product was purchased, and the reason for your request. Photos of the product or packaging may also be required.

Unauthorized Sellers

Because we cannot control the quality, storage, handling, or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the SteelFit® 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, eBay sellers, or Amazon sellers that are not authorized SteelFit® resellers, unless otherwise required by law.

Promotional Items & 50% Off Discounts

Products purchased as part of a promotion, clearance offer, final sale, or sale where the discount is 50% off or greater are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue is caused by our error.

If approved, qualifying items purchased at a discount of 50% off or greater may be eligible for store credit only. Store credit is issued at SteelFit®’s discretion and may be limited to the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees, and other charges.

Freight Forwarders & Package Delivery Services

Orders shipped to a freight forwarding company, package forwarding company, or third-party package delivery service are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee after delivery to that forwarding location.

Once the order is delivered to the forwarding address, we cannot verify how the product was stored, handled, transported, or delivered afterward.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by SteelFit®. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we determine that the return or replacement is due to our error.

This applies to domestic and international orders. Any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or carrier fees paid by the customer are non-refundable by SteelFit®.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after SteelFit® receives and reviews the returned product, if a return is required.

After a refund is issued, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

Fraud, Abuse & Policy Misuse

SteelFit® reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, request product photos, request the return of product, and deny requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of this policy, or repeated excessive claims.

SteelFit® may limit or refuse future sales to customers who we determine have abused our policies, submitted fraudulent claims, or engaged in improper purchasing or return activity.

Changes to This Policy

SteelFit® may update, amend, or terminate this Return & Refund Policy or the SteelFit® 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
