Suggested Use

As a dietrary supplement, pour one serving (one 1g scoop) directly into your mouth. Hold for 10-30 seconds and then swallow for maximum benefit through exposure to mucosal tissue.

Alternately, pour one scoop into any non-carbonated, cool beverage such as water or a smoothie. Pure Steel™ First Milking Bovine Colostrum can also be mixed into yogurt, applesauce, or other soft food. Don’t combine with hot liquids to maintain the potency of the bioactive ingredients.

What is the best way to take colostrum?


Colostrum is a supplement with unique benefits, and the way you take it is unique as well! We recommend “dry-scooping” colostrum by dumping it directly into your mouth, holding it there for at least 10-30 seconds, and then swallowing. This maximizes its explore to the absorptive surfaces of your mucous membranes. But if that’s not an option for you, you can also add it to any non-carbonated, cool liquid.

Do I have to refrigerate colostrum?


Unlike fresh colostrum, powdered colostrum can be stored at room temperature without losing its effectiveness.

Is colostrum supposed to clump up?
