Creatine, without the gym-bro myths.

What is Creapure®?

Creapure® is a premium creatine monohydrate made by Alzchem in Trostberg, Germany, under controlled conditions and tested for purity. Creatine monohydrate is the ingredient; Creapure® is the manufacturing standard behind it.

What does creatine actually do?

It helps replenish ATP — the rapid energy your muscles and brain use during demanding work. With daily use that supports strength, power, lean muscle, recovery, and cognitive performance under fatigue.*

Is creatine only useful for lifting weights?

No. Creatine is best known for supporting strength and high-intensity exercise, but it also supports cognitive function and mental performance under fatigue. It is relevant to athletes, active adults, busy professionals, parents, and anyone who wants to stay physically and mentally capable.*

Is creatine a steroid or stimulant?

Neither. Creatine is a natural compound found in your muscles and brain. It's a fundamental energy source for cellular reactions throughout your body.*

Powder or capsules — which should I pick?

Powder is the best value and gives a full 5g scoop. Capsules travel and need no mixing. Same Creapure® in both — pick the one you'll still be taking in three months.

Should I dose by body size and do I need to load it?

A large body of research supports a 5g daily dose for people of all body sizes. A consistent daily serving reaches the same muscle saturation over a few weeks with no need to load — most people find the simpler routine easier to keep.*

Will it make me bloated?

Creatine pulls water into your muscle cells, not under your skin. You may see a small bump on the scale early on — that's intramuscular water, and it's the point. The "creatine bloat" reputation mostly comes from high-dose loading, which you don't need here.*

Why take creatine on days I do not train?

Creatine works through consistent saturation rather than a one-time workout effect. Taking it daily helps maintain elevated stores for both training and everyday demands.*

What does Informed Sport Certified mean?

Informed Sport certification means finished product batches are independently tested for substances prohibited in competitive sport. It gives drug-tested athletes — and anyone who values verified quality — an added level of confidence.
