Thigh trimmers only need to be tight enough to stay in place on your legs, which increases heat and circulation in your thighs and hamstrings. They shouldn’t be so tight that they feel like they’re uncomfortable during movement or blocking circulation to your feet.
You don’t have to wear a thigh trimmer to experience the benefits of Buns of Steel, and vice versa. But wearing a trimmer can help the active ingredients in Buns of Steel penetrate deeply into the fat reserves below the dermal layer, and it’s a combo that many in the SteelFit community swear by.
BEFORE WEARING: Before using them for the first time, wipe down the inner lining of your thigh trimmers and hang them to dry.
AFTER USE: Hand-wash your thigh trimmers after they get sweaty. Using a wet cloth and soap, wipe down the inner lining several times. Then rinse off the soap using lukewarm water and hang the trimmers to dry.
NOTE: Don’t wash your thigh trimmers in your washing machine as it may stretch or damage the fabric. Don’t machine dry or iron your thigh trimmers, as it may melt the fabric and weaken the elasticity.
We don’t recommend wearing thigh trimmers to bed. They’re designed for exercise only.
Most commonly, this is caused by sweat causing the trimmer to slip. If simply adjusting or tightening the trimmer doesn’t work, we recommend wearing your thigh trimmer over clothes to help it stay in place.
SteelFit thigh trimmers are designed to be worn either over or under your workout clothing.
