As a dietrary supplement, pour one serving (one 1g scoop) directly into your mouth. Hold for 10-30 seconds and then swallow for maximum benefit through exposure to mucosal tissue.

Alternately, pour one scoop into any non-carbonated, cool beverage such as water or a smoothie. Pure Steel™ First Milking Bovine Colostrum can also be mixed into yogurt, applesauce, or other soft food. Don’t combine with hot liquids to maintain the potency of the bioactive ingredients.

Consume up to three servings per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. For children under the age of 10, use half of a serving (half of a scoop).

What is the best way to take colostrum?

Colostrum is a supplement with unique benefits, and the way you take it is unique as well! We recommend “dry-scooping” colostrum by dumping it directly into your mouth, holding it there for at least 10-30 seconds, and then swallowing. Do I have to refrigerate colostrum?

Unlike fresh colostrum, powdered colostrum can be stored at room temperature without losing its effectiveness.

Is colostrum supposed to clump up?

Pure colostrum supplements such as ours, particularly in powdered form, can sometimes clump up due to the natural characteristics of the powder. Colostrum supplements that do not clump have unnecessary additives such a sunflower lecithin.
