Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the SteelFit Transformation Challenge. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Employees of SteelFit along with their immediate family members are not eligible to win. Participants are not required to use any specific products to be eligible. If a participant uses dietary supplements to assist in his/her transformation, he/she must have used (at least in part) SteelFit products as it would not be ethical for SteelFit to promote a winner that solely used non-SteelFit products to aid in his/her transformation.

Contest Period: The SteelFit Transformation Challenge begins on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Participants can enter between Wendesday, March 6, 2024 through Monday, March 18, 2024. Participants must submit their starting photos prior to Tuesday, March 19, 2024 to officially be entered.

The SteelFit Transformation Challenge will take place Tuesday, March 19, 2024 to Tuesday, April 30, 2024. Participants must submit their final photos between Tuesday, April 30, 2024 and Saturday, May 4, 2024 to be considered for prizes.

The Winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 14 2024.

All dates are subject to change at the discretion of SteelFit.

How To Enter:
1. Enter your phone number on the SteelFit website to start the registration process. Submit the requested information via SMS.
2. Submit your Starting Photo(s) via SMS.
3. Transform your body and Tag Us @steelfitusa throughout your journey.
4. Submit your Final Photo(s) via SMS.

Winner Selection:
Qualities: SteelFit is looking for Real People experiencing Real Results using SteelFit Products.
SteelFit seeks individuals that are a positive and motivating example for the fitness industry.

Selection Process: Winner(s) will be selected by a panel of four (4) qualified employees of Performance Brands, Inc.

Judging Criteria: The Participants will be judged according to the following criteria:
• 60% Overall Body Transformation
• 30% Creative, Engaging, and Motivating Social Media Content
• 10% Strong Leader/Motivator within the Fitness Industry

2nd Place = $750 Cash + $250 Product Credit
3rd Place = $500 Cash + $250 Product Credit
Best Content = $250 Cash + $250 Product Credit

All Winners and Participants shall also be considered for representative opportunities of the SteelFit brand.

Prize Conditions: Participant’s starting and final photos must be originals and not altered in any way. Submitting airbrushed or digitally enhanced photographs will lead to immediate disqualification.

Participant’s starting and final photos should show his/her body from head to toe in whatever Participant feels comfortable wearing. Photos should be taken against a plain background.

It is the Participant’s responsibility to notify SteelFit of any address, email, or phone number changes. The Winner will have 72 hours to reply to SteelFit to claim prize or SteelFit can select an alternative winner.

General Conditions: By participating in this transformation challenge participants agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Participants grant SteelFit an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license for use of Participant's photos and/or videos for advertising, promotional materials, and social media content.

Participants may be disqualified from the SteelFit Athlete Search if it is discovered that Participant makes or uses any false statements about him/herself or the SteelFit brand.

SteelFit reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion without notice to individual Participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.steelfitusa.com. Rule interpretations and judging decisions are final. Transformation Challenge Participant scores are confidential and will not be disclosed.

Each Participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Transformation Challenge. Participants shall consult with their physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. Participants in the Transformation Challenge expressly release SteelFit, affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the Transformation Challenge.
