A waist trimmer only needs to be tight enough to stay in place on your abdomen, which increases heat and circulation to the skin and core muscles. It shouldn’t be as tight as a heavy-duty weightlifting belt, or feel like it’s impeding your breathing or getting in the way of athletic movements.
You don’t have to wear a trimmer to experience the benefits of Abs of Steel, and vice versa. But wearing a trimmer can help the active ingredients in Abs of Steel penetrate deeply into the fat reserves below the dermal layer, and it’s a combo that many in the SteelFit community swear by.
We don’t recommend wearing trimmers to bed. They’re designed for exercise only.
SteelFit waist trimmers come in a “one size fits most” length that is easily expandable to fit waists up to 48 inches.
BEFORE WEARING: Before using them for the first time, wipe down the inner lining of your thigh trimmers and hang them to dry.
AFTER USE: Hand-wash your waist trimmer after it gets sweaty. Using a wet cloth and soap, wipe down the inner lining several times. Then rinse off the soap using lukewarm water and hang the trimmer to dry.
NOTE: Don’t wash your waist trimmer in your washing machine, as it may stretch or damage the fabric. Don’t machine dry or iron your waist trimmer, as it may melt the fabric and weaken the belt.
