Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, mix one serving (one level scoop) of Pure Steel Creatine Monohydrate with 6-8 oz. of cold water or your favorite sports drink such as Steel Fuel®. Stir or shake well and consume either less than an hour before training or immediately after a workout. Be sure to properly hydrate and consume ample amounts of water while taking this product.

Note: There is evidence that taking Creatine with carbohydrates and/or protein yields synergistic effects that boost the amount of Creatine available to the muscles. Avoid taking Creatine simultaneously as caffeine as there is evidence that it makes it less effective.

    High quality creatine

    I was looking for a brand that offers Germany-made Creapure creatine. This is the most widely studied form of creatine, high quality, and is proven to be safe and effective. Steelfit provides this for a great deal.

    Due to the natural creatine crystals, they can never fully dissolve in liquid, so if you put it in a protein shake, just mix and chug it. I prefer to put it in a smoothie. Creatine works, take it consistently and pair it with good training, I can definitely lift harder and more weights. And it gives me a great muscle pump after my training session.
