Whereas it was commonplace to hear the phrases "I'll sleep when I'm dead" or "sleep is for babies and old people," these days more and more individuals recognize the essentiality of sleep and not only make time for it but prioritize it just like their workouts and diet plans. This “sleep renaissance” is in large part due to the engrossing work of high-profile sleep researchers, such as Dr. Mathew Walker.
